Connecticut Renaissance, Inc. is a non-profit multi-service agency that has been providing mental health, substance abuse and community release services since 1967.

Since 1967 Connecticut Renaissance has provided quality substance abuse and mental health treatment to men, women, and adolescents throughout the state of Connecticut.

Through programs run by a compassionate, committed, results-oriented team of counselors, therapists and administrators, Renaissance has earned the reputation as a leader in Evidence-Based Treatment practices, and continues to break new ground in the areas of positive outcomes, outreach, research, and community involvement.

Headquartered in Bridgeport, Renaissance maintains facilities in Bridgeport, Norwalk, Stamford and Waterbury. Our mission is to help people begin the journey toward recovery from substance abuse, mental health and/or other behavioral health issues and to assist in improving their quality of life. At Renaissance, our ultimate goal is to assist clients lead healthy, productive and happy lives.

Located in the center of Bridgeport, Connecticut Renaissance has established Headquarters in an easy-to-reach, convenient location. At the heart of our mission here at Renaissance, is a multi-faceted, holistic approach to helping people change the direction of their lives. From failures associated with and compounded by addiction, we assist people on their journeys towards recovery from mental illness and substance abuse in a holistic effort to help them improve the quality of their lives.

Our headquarters overlook downtown Bridgeport, a city undergoing its own transformation. All around Bridgeport vacant lots are being renovated into affordable housing, office and retail space. As a part of this transformation effort, Renaissance partners with many community organizations, adding to the overall revitalization efforts.
