GSP provides partial hospital, intensive outpatient and outpatient programs for men and women with substance abuse problems, mental health, and transitional housing for homeless males. Primary medical care is available for program members.

Grant Street Partnership is a treatment facility for male and female adults with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. A shelter [dormitory] component provides temporary housing for homeless men while engaged in treatment at GSP. The shelter serves as transitional housing to forty-four men, all of whom are actively engaged in treatment for substance abuse and mental health issues.

Clients are provided with three substantial meals a day at Grant Street Partnership. Transportation is provided for both clients residing in the shelter component and for those attending treatment on an outpatient basis. Grant Street Partnership provides three levels of care for all clients.
1. Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP): 2.5 level of care; 9 am-1:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
2. Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP): 2.1 level of care; 6 pm-9 pm, Monday through Thursday evenings or 9 am-12 pm, Monday through Thursday.
3. Outpatient or Aftercare Programs: 1.1 level of care; up to two groups and one individual session per week.
